Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished Beef — Raised on Our Farm

Our beef is grass-fed and grain-finished, raised right here on our farm. We grow much of the grain ourselves and supplement with locally sourced distillers grain and a balanced mineral program, so we know exactly what our cattle are fed from start to finish.

The beef is dry-aged for 14–21 days, enhancing both tenderness and flavor.

All beef is processed at a USDA-inspected locker in Celestine, Indiana.
You are welcome to pick up your order directly from the locker, our house, or we can deliver within a 30 mile radius Bedford

Quarter: 212.5 lb x $5.20 = $1,105.

*All packaged beef weights are estimates and not guaranteed. Price is based on hanging weight and includes butcher fees.

This is a nonrefundable deposit. Beef will be available September 2026. We’ll communicate an estimated timeline with you when you reserve your beef share. We will collect final payment at time of pickup.
